If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos.
If you enter an address in a country that we currently do not ship to, your order cannot be processed. You will receive a message indicating that we do not currently offer fulfillment to the country. Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Zapper, Masterpass, Instant EFT Secure and Direct bank transfer. Online credit card transactions will be acquired for Glimexonline via PayFast.
PayFast is an online, secure and easy way to make and process your payments in a variety of ways online. All money transactions made with PayFast are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider – the highest security level possible.
PayFast Payment Methods include:
Credit & Cheque Cards – local and international Visa and Mastercard payments, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect sellers against costly chargebacks.
Instant EFT – for online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified.
Mobicred – an online account that gives buyers access to credit, which can be used to pay online through PayFast.
Zapper – make payments by simply scanning a QR code with your smartphone.
Masterpass – a digital wallet from Mastercard that works with all major credit, cheque and debit cards.
ATM debit cards (via Visa Electron and Maestro) – simply enter your debit card and mobile phone number and then authenticate the transaction on your mobile phone.
Glimexonline takes all reasonable steps to scrutinise all transactions to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be terminated if Glimexonline is not satisfied with its authenticity or legitimacy.
If your order consists of items from multiple vendors, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single vendor, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.
Glimexonline shall endeavour to supply the items ordered, provided that Glimexonline has such items in stock, to the delivery address within 7 to 14 working days of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment. Prior to delivering an order, the buyer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must state a telephone number on which they can be contacted during the working hours (8AM to 17h00) South African time), so that the delay, if any, will be minimised.
The delivery periods referred to above are of an indicative nature only. Should any order not be delivered within 30 days, the buyer will be entitled to cancel the order at no charge.
Glimexonline shall arrange delivery by courier or dispatch orders in any other way, at Glimexonline’s sole discretion. Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries.
Glimexonline may dispatch the delivery in parts, however, any extra costs for such additional deliveries will be borne by Glimexonline.
Your order may be delivered by ARAMEX, by other courier companies, or by the seller or the seller’s agents, depending on whether the item was sold by Glimexonline or a third-party seller and on the delivery method chosen by a third-party seller. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount of duties and taxes vary depending on the country to which the order is being shipped and the type of merchandise ordered.
Glimexonline cannot control, and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on some rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of packages.
If you refuse a shipment from Glimexonline, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Glimexonline. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
